Setting up and managing irregularly recurring events

Hi –

I’ve got some events that occur on an irregular schedule, but are all in 1 series.

Example : http://dev.dancersgroup.org/event/dancers-group-test-event/2013-04-26/
Sample times: Thu, Apr 25, 7pm; Fri, Apr 26, 8pm; Sat, Apr 27, 2 & 8pm; Sun, Apr 28, 4pm

These events are submitted by users. My thought was this :
– user submits events
– admin creates recurring events with the same times for all events
– for the “weird” event times, the admin would just change a single event

However, when we change just 1 event in the series, it updates ALL events in the series. I thought there was a “change just this one event?” option. Is that gone? Is there a better workflow?

Hi Jaki,

You should see a popup asking you to apply the changes to 1 event or all events. If you aren’t, there may be a JS issue at hand. Try this possible fix. Replace /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/resources/events-admin.js with this copy: http://cl.ly/code/1v382M03033d

Let me know whether or not that works.
