I have events scheduled from 5:30am-9PM.
When my page loads, it defaults to 8am so the user would have to scroll up to see 5:30. How can I set it to not display 12:00-5am and then have the day end at 9pm? It’s an overly long page considering all the times when there are no events.

Hi blueduck: can you confirm if you are referring to week view?

    OK, thanks!

I’m afraid that currently that isn’t readily achievable (though you could probably build some sort of custom workaround, I would envision needing solid JS development skills to do so – and it is sufficiently in depth to be beyond what we can offer support for here).

That said, it’s absolutely a valid idea nnd we would welcome any feature request you might make along these lines:

    Thanks!

Is having the default time start at the first event time what isn’t achievable, or hiding the inactive times? While I’d like to hide inactive, having it start randomly at 8am is a big problem. No one would know to scroll up.

I wouldn’t say unachievable, there is almost certainly a way to do this, but it is definitely one of the more complicated views that ship with Pro and making tweaks isn’t something we’re going to be able to help you with via the support forums at this time.

Really I would suggest investigating this further with the help of a suitable designer/developer and/or making a feature request as we’d certainly give due consideration to a change of this nature.

If it helps, we could certainly provide a list of freelancers/independent developers who might be able to help?

It’s been a while so I’ll go ahead and close this thread. Of course if you need further help for this or any other issue please do feel free to create a new thread or threads as needed. Thanks!
