1- I bought The Events Calendar plugin with the “Greenture” WordPress theme. However, it is not working well and I have some significant glitches that need resolution but I cannot set up a “Login” on your site…it assumes I already have a login (i tried my wordpress login on it too) so I cannot sign in and I need to.

2- I entered a google maps API key and the Google Maps on each event still shows up as a failure “oops something went wrong”. How do I make this functional. Unchecking display google maps does not even result in the map box being taken off the event details page? This seems to be a glitch with the interaction of the plugin with the theme.

3- I do NOT have access to any of the “Page Options” available on every other page in my site when I am working with each event. I want a custom header and block sections at the bottom to match the rest of the site. How do I access the page options for each event page?

4-Your widget “The Events Calendar” does not give access to editing the “Event Details” and I am left with Lorem ipsum and no where to change it.

This is what an event page looks like: http://standforwater.org/events/williams-lake/

This is what the rest of my site looks like: http://standforwater.org/about/our-team/

I am certain I am missing something here. I am on a tight timeline. Please help.

    Hi Erin,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re running into all of these issues…themes that come with our plugins often include their own customizations, so as a starting point, I would recommend running through the steps outlined here to see if you are still seeing these issues in a default environment. It may also be best to reach out directly to the theme author to find out about any integrations they have done, especially if you are only seeing these issues with their theme active.

We are not able to provide technical support here in the Pre-Sales forum, as we use this to answer questions on our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them. If you have purchased a premium license already for one of our plugins and cannot access your account, please fill out the form on our Contact page by selecting “Help accessing my account”. We’ll be happy to help you get back in from there!

If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license.

Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers. You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue.

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
    The Events Calendar Support Team
