    Is it possible to set different refund cut-off dates for each event?

    I am looking to use this plugin for a customer but they want to have a variable cut-off date for each event (i.e. refund acceptable up to 1 week out vs. 2 weeks out).

    Hi Jared,

    Thanks for your note. Is your customer hoping to set refund windows for tickets via our Event Tickets plugins, or would they just like to be able to define a window on a general event for folks to see?

    You can certainly display a refund window per event- the simplest way (with our free core plugin) is to just add that information in the event description. A better way would be to use Event Calendar PRO’s Additional Fields feature to show the refund window alongside the rest of the event metadata. The admin could easily select the option (e.g. 1 week, 2 weeks) from the backend event page. Would that work for you?
