Series of events at different locations, or copy event

I’m listing book and CD signing events where the author could be at different bookstores in different cities on the same or different days. The organizer will always be the same, but the bookstores will often be separate.

For instance, an author booksigning may be at Barnes & Noble in Ridgewood, NJ on Tuesday on Oct. 10 at 1pm;
Joe’s Books in Saddle River, NJ on Oct. 10 at 7pm;
Barnes & Noble in Brooklyn, NY on Oct. 12 at 1pm;
Barnes & Noble in Westport, CT on Oct. 15 at 3pm.

The images will be the same and the copy just slightly different. Is there a way to put together a series like that, or just copy an event and make small changes to it?
