Sending plugins to IT-programmers to analize core-code

Hello, I have bought lots of plugins from you. As I’m not an IT programmer, I have to hire someone. The question is, could I send all my plugins via email to get them “analize” by possible programmers that I could hire? They required them to make an accurate qoute for what I want. Thanks.-

Yes, there is no reason you shouldn’t make the code accessible to any developers you might be hiring and who will be working on your site.
