ParticipantHi there – Like other users I need to find a way to send simple emails to attendees of an event. Yes I could download the spreadsheet and import into a mail program, but is there a simpler way?
I know a lot of people have requested this feature – is it coming? On the agenda?
With WooCommerce – there is the Follow Up Emails Extension – though that is $99 per year – is it worth it in terms does it integrate well with Event Tickets so that it is easy to send to that particular group of attendees per course?
Look forward to your reply.
Many thanks – Neal

ParticipantHi Neal,
You are correct! You are not the only user to request this feature, not even just today 🙂
I do not have a date for this but please do add your voice to our feature request page!
As far as the Follow Up Emails Extension, I cannot say either way. Â I do know how ever that there are WordPress plugins for emailing subscribers/users. Â If you want to check some of them out to see if they would work for you, just go to Plugins > Add New and do a quick search for “Email”. Â You’ll get a dozen hits at least.
Let me know if this helps, and I would also be curious to know if you find something that works well!
Thanks,

ParticipantThanks for the reply Ronald.
Good news – I have found and tested a great WooCommerce plugin that is relatively cheap and does what I need – available from Code Canyon called WooCommerce Customers Manager :
http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-customers-manager/10965432
It allows me to search for customers who have bought / booked a certain product / course / event and then bulk email those particular people. Plus lots of other cool features for $20. It works well. Maybe this will help other people too.
Have a good day. Neal
