Send Ticket Email on Each Complete Status

    For testing purposes, I generally create a WooCommerce order so I can view all the generated emails and adjust my templates accordingly. Changing the order status from Complete to Pending and then back to Complete triggers all the necessary emails except additional ticket emails, save for the initial send, which I know is by design. What I’d like to do is generate the ticket email for orders each time any order is set to Complete status in WooCommerce.

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.

    We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.

    With that in mind, you basically have 2 options to achieve this:

    1. Apply new rules to the wootickets-send-tickets-email  function. You can look that up in /event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Email.php
    2. Use our built-in resend button straight from the order itself (order actions > Resend ticket)
