Unfortunatelly that’s not possible by default. A while back a user in the forums wrote a plugin to achieve this (if you are using WooCommerce), I’ve reviewed the plugin at the time and it was working smoothly but I see it hasn’t been updated since so not sure if it will work for you. When I setup the new order notification I can add more email by comma, is not possibile to override the function and retrieve the organanizer email and send it the new order?thanks

Thanks for following up with this. What you describe sounds like a pretty good work around to get this working. Unfortunately we are not able to craft this customization for you, doing that would be out of the scope of the support we provide. If you are up to giving the cutomization a try, I can point you in the right direction. You might find this article about Customising WooCommerce notification emails with hooks and filters interesting to read as a start point.

ParticipantI just purchased Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus, and I am very happy with them.
I have to chime in and say that it would be vital to have the ability to email the organizer whenever an event booking happens. As Event Tickets Plus ties in with our current WooCommerce store, it is our store customer service department that are receiving the Order Emails for our events, which does not help us at all as they are in a completely different department than our events organizers.
I hope you add this feature in sooner than later.

Thanks for following up! And sorry to not have a definitive solution for this. It’s a planned feature but we still don’t have any schedulle for it.

it’s more important and I’m not the only person I need it.
It’s not useful a plugin for the events that not advise the organizer of the event.

I can truly see the need for this, but again we cannot support these types of customization. As much you need this to work other users need other features that are super important for them as well, and the truth is we cannot develop this custom needs for everyone. In the forums we are committed to provide support on the actual features of the plugin, and direct users with features request to our user voice page. Unfortunately we cannot support custom development other than a simple snippet or the use of a filter to modify an existing behaviour.

If you feel that not having this feature is a show stopper for your project you can always request a refund for your purchase to support at this domain.

ParticipantUsing Pro version for any larger organization makes that plugin not work (even if it did survive the 4.x updates for theeeventscalendar).
Many larger organizations have multiple organizers, this could be considered basic functionality to notify just the event organizer and not a bunch of other organizers.
I get complaints that they don’t want registration emails from other events and rightly so 😛
So please get over to the Tribe user voice forum and vote for this one if you want it! (it’s currently low priority)
