Search/Filter Bar on other theme templates?

Is there a simple way to add just the search / filter bar to another page? I was hoping to include just that on the home page then redirect to /events/ to pick up the results and resume with ajax functions. Thanks!

There isn’t a simple way of doing that, no. It might be possible with some complex customization, if you’re willing to dig into the code.
