Search in Monthly Calendar View

Is there a way in Monthly Calendar view for the search to search through all months rather then just the month selected?

Hey there Brian! Welcome back to the forums. 🙂

The search will return results for the current month as long as Month View is the current view.

I would imagine you could use some Javascript to return results using the List View template instead. It would take some rather crafty customization that’s unfortunately beyond the scope of support we can provide here, but I think it would be possible to accomplish.

Thanks Geoff. I understand this was by design but I have a client who wanted the search to return results from all months so I was hoping there was an option I might have overlooked or something. Sounds like the customization is beyond my skills as well but I appreciate the effort. Thanks again.

Yeah, you definitely were not overlooking anything. It’s a chunk of customization but hopefully the documentation points you in the right direction if you decide to take it up.
