Search Bar doesn’t work

I have not been able to get the search bar to work. So I purchased your filter plug in.

1. What I notice is on Google Maps, events don’t show up if the location is for example: On the corner of main and vine street, Bend, OR. Even though the city and state are listed. Neither did the filter show Bend events or Oregon events event though those fields were filled in on the event post. When I eliminated the street address then the event shows up both on Google and on Events filter. Is there someway to get google and Events pull from the city or state if it doesn’t think the street address is valid?
2. The events calendar search is not working. Neither from keyword or near pull up anything. I read your support forum. I use edge for my browser so I tried chrome because I read someone had issues caused by their browser. That made no difference. Can you give me some other ideas to why it doesn’t work?

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

Also, please check your site for any Javascript errors. See Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors for more help with that. Sometimes this happens if you enter your Google Maps API key into our plugin and the theme settings, etc.

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
