Considering the obscurity of the problem and the number of plugins installed, it would be best to start there.
Can you confirm that you have deactivated every plugin and reactivated each until it breaks again?
I know it might be a pain, but it will get to the root of the problem very quickly. It would be even better to test the plugins on a development or staging site or subdomain. When websites are mission critical, it is a best practice to have another instance to make the site before rolling it out to production. Thirty minutes now can save you huge headaches in the future!
