scrolling list of events

On my home page, I would like to add a scrolling list of events that show the next seven days. Is this a widget? I checked under my widgets and didn’t see anything.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately we don’t have a default widget that’ll do what you’re describing. If you would like, you can add this as a feature request on our UserVoice page.

I am limited in the amount of customization support that I’m able to provide, however if you can link to an example of the scrolling feature that you’re looking for I can maybe help to get you pointed in the right direction.

I didn’t explain myself very well. On the left side of my homepage, I want to have a vertical list of upcoming events (always the next 7 days) – similar to this: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/

I assume I can have different views of the calendar on different pages, correct?

Hey Edwin,

Not sure I’m following what you’re looking for here. Are you referring to one of the screenshots on that page with the Event List Widget or the Mini-Calendar Widget? If so, both of these can be added to any widget area on your homepage or they can also be added via their associated shortcode. You can learn more about the shortcodes here.
