ParticipantI’ve noticed that a script, containing messages for content editors, is output in the head of Event pages on the front-end. Does this script serve any purpose on the front-end of the site?
June 12, 2014 at 7:52 am #220909Brook
ParticipantHowdy martyspellerberg,
I do not believe that script serves any front-end purpose. Those popups only happen on the backend when editting and event — to my knowledge. I brought this to the attention of our devs so they can fix it in an upcoming release. Thank you for pointing this out! Every optimization helps when it comes to something as important as page load speeds. It is nice to get rid of a script when possible.
Let me know if you have any other questions. If not, would you mind marking this topic resolved? Cheers!

ParticipantBy the way, if you have a minute or two, we would love it if you could write a few words about the plugin here. Thanks!

MemberHi there,
I just wanted to drop in and update you on the status of this issue. We are working on a fix, but we were not able to include it in our upcoming release (3.7). Correcting this problem is still important to us and we hope to have a fix done for a future maintenance release. We will do our best to keep you updated here on our progress. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work on this.

Thank you for your patience while we got this release ready to go!
