ParticipantWhen posting an event that has a series over multiple days, the first event is working correctly, however, the multiple events are off by 5 hours.
Example:
I will post a game schedule for our local baseball team that spans 5 days. The weekdays area at 7:05 PM and the weekend days are at 6:05pm and 6:35pm.
The first event shows correctly, however, when selecting an additional day as a SINGLE EVENT, and input 6:05pm, it will display as 11:05 PM only on the additional event. If I select the additional event as an “all day” event, it will span over two days.
This is INCREDIBLY frustrating as my entire calendar is off.
Is this a known issue? or is there something I need to be looking at?
I am also using the AVADA theme, something I’m not 100% pleased that they have taken control over the calendar as it is.

MemberHi, Denon.
Sorry you’re experiencing this frustration!
Could you please provide a link to view this (one of these) event on the front-end of your site and then also provide a screenshot showing this event’s date/time recurrence pattern?
Once I get that, I’ll try to replicate the issue or advise a different way to create the recurrence series for the pattern you’re wanting.
Thank you.

ParticipantHi,
Everything on my front end IS displaying correctly. And those events do
have different schedules. In order to make the. Display correctly on the
extra instances I must adjust the time. And yes, eastern time zone.

MemberThanks for explaining that.
I wonder (just a guess) if it’s because both your WordPress and server timezones are both set to New York timezone.
Maybe try changing your server’s timezone to UTC and see if this issue fixes itself (maybe would have to re-save the event after doing so)
My testing:
- event creation: https://cl.ly/250L3I3y3A08
- event display: https://cl.ly/3z1E2m142614
Please let me know how this goes for you.
