In that case, can I please get a refund for the plugin? I’m sorry, but it’s such basic feature one would expect in an events plugin that claims to handle reoccurring event. In fact, we’re not even talking about recurring—just multi-day. In any case, it’s certainly the only reason I purchased the plugin from you. As another user pointed out just recently, it’s a great plugin other than the flawed logic around recurring events.
What is the process for a refund?
