    Hi Geoff,

    In that case, can I please get a refund for the plugin? I’m sorry, but it’s such basic feature one would expect in an events plugin that claims to handle reoccurring event. In fact, we’re not even talking about recurring—just multi-day. In any case, it’s certainly the only reason I purchased the plugin from you. As another user pointed out just recently, it’s a great plugin other than the flawed logic around recurring events.

    What is the process for a refund?

    Sure thing. I’ve gone ahead and issued a refund for your orders and the funds should be back in your account within 5-10 business days.

    I’m definitely sorry ro hear our recurrence feature was not up to snuff for you here. I do hope that you will stay tuned and keep us in mind for future projects because we are in the process of updating the interface for creating recurring events and I know you’ll love the changes.
