MemberHey Ben,
Welcome to our forums!
I’m so sorry to hear that you are having this same problem, let me help you to solve it!
Regarding that thread you mentioned, it is still unclear the cause of the problem, but Antoni have duplicated his site in a subdomain and everything worked as expected after that (he is running a multisite).
To get started, could you please make sure that all active plugins in your site and WordPress Core are up-to-date? As I can see from your system info, you are not running a WordPress Multisite, is that correct?
If you temporarily change your theme to another one like Twenty Seventeen, does it help you to solve the problem?
Did you recently migrate your database from dev to live site? We have a customer reporting that his database was corrupted after the migration and importing it again helped to solve the problem.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll be happy to assist!
Best Regards,
Patricia

ParticipantOk so I think I actually fixed it by reuploading a completely new install of the website and database. Something when wiery when we moved the database over. Thank you so much for your speedy response and willingness to help.
Skol,
Ben

MemberHi Ben,
That’s good news! I’m glad to hear that remigrating your site helped to solve the problem for you as well.
Let me know if you need anything else and have a great day 🙂
Cheers,
Patricia

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
