Same events, different dates, different venues

My website offers courses around the world. We have 8 types of courses (events), plenty of venues, different countries, and several instructors and organizers.
Courses have exactly same content in description. Is there a way I could define the content of those 8 courses and therefore we do not need to input course description text for every course (event) -and at the same time it would be more SEO friendly?

Thanks so much for reaching out!

One way to achieve this would be for you to create each of your courses as a recurring event.  So you would basically set up 8 different events.  From there, if something is different about a particular event or set of events, you could “break from series” and change the details on a single event. This way, you are basically using the recurring events feature to populate the calendar, and then you can edit individual events as necessary.

How can I modify venue and organiser in a recurring event? The courses are always the same but locations and organisers change!

Hi Silvia,

You can edit an individual event in a recurring series by selecting that event in your events list, and then “break from series”.  Once it is broken from the series, you can change the individual venue and/or organizer.
