    Hi,

    I have setup a test site to work on this issue that I have on 4 other production sites. My issue is that if you have WooCommerce enabled for selling tickets and you setup an event for just RSVP your users will get a HTTP ERROR 500 in all browsers with the exception of Firefox. The 500 error occurs when the user clicks the “Confirm RSVP” button.

    TEST SITE:
    – Completely Fresh Site with WP Version 4.8.2 (http://e86.fb8.myftpupload.com/event/mymarriage-presents-lets-stay-together/)
    – Only 5 plugins (Event Tickets 4.56, Event Tickets Plus 4.55, The Events Calendar 4.6,
    The Events Calendar PRO 4.4.17, WooCommerce 3.20)
    – Twenty Seventeen theme
    – All Cache cleared

    I’m sorry about the delay in the reply. We are a bit overloaded at the moment due to unexpected sicknesses in the team. We are doing our best to work through the incoming requests as soon as possible, and we definitely try to keep our promise of replying to every post within 24-48 hours as per our support guidelines, just like in your case.

    I have tested the event url you shared with me with all the browsers (recent versions) I have on hand (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Edge, Safari for Windows) and I succeeded in submitting and RSVP in all cases without any issues.

    Are you still experiencing the issue or did you manage to solve it somehow? Did you change anything in the setup?

    If the issue still exists, does it also happen when you deactivate WooCommerce? Does it happen with a non-beta WooCommerce?
