RSVP not showing on Event

    Hi,

    I’m justing setting up the Event Calendar Pro for a Client and its going well up till now. The Calendar is replacing another well used Events Plugin.

    I’m also initialising the Event Tickets (Free) and RSVP. No problems, except for one thing, where is the RSVP suppose to be showing on the Front End of the website?

    I have ticked all the settings for tickets (posts, pages, events, etc) to get it too display but I was expecting it to display a box on the event.

    I’ve created two events with tickets for June 1 and June 3, timeframes and numbers for testing

    I’ve changed out the theme, to the standard WordPress theme, disabled the plugins.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    If its of any interest the ticket setting shows the following

    Post
    Page
    Event
    Venue
    Event
    Venue
    Organizer

    Why are there 2 Additional Events and Venue Settings? Is there a problem?

    I’ve just ticked the two events.

    The two events I have created with Tickets are for June 1 and 3

    Hi Chris,

    I’m sorry you are having a problem! Thanks for reaching out and sharing your sysinfo upfront. Let me try to help you with this.

    I have a suspicion that Event and Venue show up twice because the other plugin that is managing events / tickets for you. (Highly likely those are the first 2.)

    The RSVP section is supposed to show up below the event detail and venue details in a separate section.

    The RSVP section doesn’t show up if:

    • There is no RSVP ticket set up
    • If the Start ticket Sale date is in the future
    • If the End ticket Sale date is in the past

    Can you confirm that you set up an RSVP ticket and it either doesn’t have an start / end sale date, the start sale date is NOT in the future and the end sale date is NOT in the past?

    Resolved…. It pays to look at the starting date and time of the ticket, doesn’t it!
