RSVP for recurring events

Hi! We are building a class calendar for a yoga studio and need to understand a bit more about how the RSVP works. It looked like you could RSVP for the entire event series, but on installing and checking the functionality it looks like you can only RSVP for one event in a series. Is there any way to create a different class of RSVP which works across the whole series of events?

Can you use events tickets to purchase a ticket to all events in a series?

Hi there,

You would have to attach the ticket to a single event and then list out all the events in that series manually. So technically you could partially do that but would be losing some of the functionality of the plugin.

I’m not sure I understand your response. More explanation might help.

– we have term registrations for classes
– you can pay for the whole term at once (desired action – one term ticket purchase reduces capacity for all events by one)
– you can also come to one class (desired action – on class ticket reduces capacity for that class by one)

I thought this plugin would be able to do this, it seems the answer is no?

Would we have to manually reduce the capacity for the event series by one for every term ticket sold?

Hi there,

Correct, this plugin will not achieve what you are looking for as stated. Each class would have to be its own event to have a ticket and then those tickets would have to be managed through that specific class.
