    Hi there, after an update 6 weeks ago, the RSVP data like participants informations, are no longer stored.

    I have found a hint: When I try to save the RSVP, this field is being marked red. But the error message is not relevant:

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I’m really sorry about this issue. We are aware of this bug, it is indeed because of the date formatting, and happens when you have dots (.) in the format. If you change that to something else, then it should work.

    Can you please check and confirm if that is the case for you as well?

    Hi Andras,

    I am sorry – it is not possible to enter anything in there. You have ti use
    the date picker. Everytime you start to write there, it gets deleted
    immediately.
    I think you must bugfix it…

    Hi Albert,

    I apologize, I wasn’t fully clear in my previous reply.

    You do not need to enter different characters there.  You need to change the date formatting options, which you can do on the Events > Settings > Display tab > Date Format Setting.

    … But it lead to another problem:

    Now the available tickets are counted wrong. We had 60 tickets, 29 people will attend, it shows only 2 available:

    Oh, that’s a bummer.

    Do you know when that happened? Was it after you changed the date format setting?

    Temporarily you can try to increase the capacity of the ticket to make as many available as you need.

    Could you share with you a full database dump? I would like to investigate this issue. Probably you will not be able to upload it here, so please upload it to a cloud service and share the url in a private reply.

    Unfortunately, to accurately replicate this, we’d need a more complete database dump including at least the core database tables (though we probably don’t need the tables for every subsite).

    Can you provide that?
