It does not look like your software handles room reservations and arrangements. That’s a whole world unto itself. Is there a way to publish the room schedules onto your calendar. Can this automated? Joe

There is unfortunately no way to do this at this time 🙁 Custom code might indeed be possible to do this, but it would be extensive code and not something we could help implement.
