Rich Snippet for Widget

Hello,

i am facing a little rich snippet issue. With the new version google does not recognize the rich snippets within the widged view of the upcoming events. The old version worked great in this case.

In the new version there is no scheme.org information placed in the widget.

If you use the google “Structured data testing tool” you see, that the old version created a hentry class. The new verson does not…

Hi Oliver,

For the latest version we removed the widget rich snippets as it created more issues then it solved.

As people were complaining that events were showing up in search results on non event pages.

It could be added back by editing the template in your theme following our themer’s guide:
