Retaining Past Events in Category Listing

Hello Friends, Especially András and Barry–

In regard to this earlier Topic:

I have finally gotten around to creating a child theme (which I didn’t have) and installing the code provided by Barry in that earlier topic in the funtions.php file in the child theme.

And I wanted to report that it works perfectly! The idea, in short, was to retain past events in TECpro category listings, ordering them from newest to oldest.

So–many thanks to all on the team! You guys are fantastic!!!
