I’m afraid that’s not facilitated out of the box but it would certainly be possible to do something as a customization. The first thing to do would be to decide on your control measure (are you going to test against the customer’s email address, for example, to detect if they have already purchased tickets? Or do you simply want to enforce a “soft” cap on a per-visit basis?).
As this is very much a custom development task there probably isn’t too much we can do to help but of course if you have any further specific questions we would be happy to point you in the right direction … bear in mind though that there’s a good chance this will partly hinge on working with/customizing WooCommerce itself rather than just WooCommerce Tickets, depending on the scope and depth of what you want to achieve.
