Restore event categories

HI –

The plugin, when using dashboard > event categories > selecting (in this case 1 page), when I applied “move to trash” it deleleted ALL event categories.

So all event categories, event those on page 2 and page 3 of admin screen, were deleted with no option to “assign new category” and no secondary confirmation.

I run a connected mobile app and need to RESTORE EVENT CATEGORIES and associate with prior posts. Any suggestions other than using old database tables?

Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

I’m really sorry about your issue. Unfortunately there is no other way of bringing back deleted event categories and their assignment to events then restoring a database backup.

There is no trash for the taxonomies like categories and tags, they get deleted.

Although this might not be the answer you were hoping for I hope this clarifies.
