I have seen this topic in your support documents, but neither of the solutions works for me. We are seeing the small screen view even on a full-size screen, but we do NOT want to use the option where we eliminate the responsive view altogether. We have attempted multiple calendar plugins with our theme, Ronneby, and have had trouble, but were hoping the PRO version of TEC would do the trick…unfortunately, not so far.

When I activate the 2016 WP theme, the calendar does what it is supposed to. So I know the issue is with the theme. But, I am hoping you guys can help us out. There is not discussion of this on the theme support site, but I am also issuing a ticket there.

Please let me know if you see a solution.

Hey Brent, thanks for reaching out! I’m also glad to see you were able to locate and reference the post we have on this topic.

Like you mentioned, this will have to come at the theme level. The theme is determining the width of the page container that the calendar sits in and, as such, the calendar is only able to respond to what it is being given.

That said, did you try the option in the post that allows you to change the pixel width for where the calendar’s responsive breakpoint is? That’s the best workaround for changing the behavior of the calendar without touching the theme’s code.

    Cheers!
