Hi Angela!
Thanks for reaching out to us. Let me help you with this topic.
Could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
Also, could you please see if there are any console errors by inpecting the page before you click the Get Authorization button? We have an article that explains how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
This can also be simply to the fact that you have a members only site, so when trying to get the authorization from Eventbrite, this fails because Eventbrite can’t connect to your site. So, one thing you should also try is disabling the membership plugin you are using and try authorizing.
If you don’t want to disrupt your live site when making all this tests, we suggest you setup a dev/staging to try this.
As a reference, let me point you to this article about configuring Eventbrite Tickets > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-eb-tickets/
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
Victor
