ParticipantHow can I bulk resend all tickets? We have approximately 600 tickets that we’d like to resend a day or so before event – what’s the best way to do it? I can’t seem to find a plugin that offers bulk Order Actions.
Have also tried bulk selection in the orders view, and setting “completed” orders to “completed” in bulk, hitting apply, but unfortunately doesn’t make any changes. Would there be a way to tweak/re-set these completed orders to completed, so it triggers a resend the tax invoice and tickets again – until there’s a better fix?

MemberHi Adam!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
Unfortunately, there is no built in option to bulk resend ticket emails. You could perhaps achieve something like that but would require some custom coding.
I know some users make use of the WooCommerce Follow-up Emails plugin to send bulk emails to the attendees, but I’m not really sure it would allow you to resend ticket emails somehow.
I also know some users download the attendees list and import it to a third party email service to send bulk emails and remind them about their upcoming events.
I made some tests on my own local installation to see if there was a workaround for this, but I think that custom coding is the only possible way I can think of.
After some research to see if I could find a solution from the WooCommerce side, I just found the following user suggested idea to implement a similar functionality http://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce/suggestions/5778300-enable-easy-single-and-bulk-resend-of-customer-con
Is there anything else I can help you with? Let me know.

ParticipantI’ve tried adding a custom status, which I’ve called “Tickets Resent”, changing to it, and then changing back to Order Completed, but it only resends the customer confirmation email, not the Event ticket.
I also have Completed and Tickets Resent checked in Events > Settings > Tickets > Woocommerce Support.August 18, 2017 at 1:10 pm #1337545Victor
MemberHi Adam!
Thanks for following up with this.
Unfortunately, changing the order status won’t trigger the ticket email as it is only triggered once when the order is first generated for one of the statuses marked in Events > Settings > Tickets > Woocommerce Support. There is a note under the Woocommerce Support title > The first enabled status reached by an order will trigger the action.
If you were to build some custom code, you can use the send_tickets_email() function located in RSVP.php file at wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/ and perhaps trigger it via a custom bulk action.
I hope that helps!
