ParticipantHello,
I have the PDF ticket extension. But when I resend the ticket mail with woocommerce backend, the new mail doesn’t have the PDF attachment?
Also, if a customer is logged in on the front end, he can’t re-download his ticket? It’s nowhere to be found?
Please help!

I will investigate your first issue further, as this is something that I can reproduce on my end.
As for your second issue, customers should be able to view their tickets (including the PDF of the ticket) by going to the event page and viewing their tickets for the event. Are you seeing different results?

I found the tickets! I’m gonna look into it if I can create an extra link to the ticket page within WooCommerce.
Hope you can reproduce my other problem.

Unfortunately, I could reproduce the other issue on my end. I have logged a bug report for this so it can be addressed in one of our next maintenance releases of our plugins.
I will set this thread’s status as “Pending fix” and link it to the report. This way, we will notify you once a fix is released.

MemberHi. We published an update to PDF Tickets at https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/pdf-tickets/
Version 1.1.0 fixes the issue of PDFs not being attached to emails when resending tickets from the wp-admin WooCommerce Order screen.
See the changelog, update to Version 1.1.0, and let us know how it works for you.
