Reseller Licence for Premium Theme integration available?

Hello,
we’re currently looking at different of your Pro plugins like the woocommerce tickets and the calendar pro as we’re looking for a solution for our next premium WordPress theme. As we later need to sell our theme with it your premium plugin it’s probably required to purchase a “reseller” licence from you.
Is something like this available and how much will it be?
If not, is there another legal option that lets us give the pro version of your theme to our customers?
