    Ref: Order #1520578

    I have now requested a refund from you twice and had no response. As I mentioned on another support ticket, Events Calendar is useless to me on my website as it no longer works with Facebook. Your support ticket said that I was entitled to a refund, but I have not heard back.

    Please can you process this?
