ParticipantYour reoccurring options aren’t conducive to an event performance that’s specific – multiple dates (like a Friday, Thursday, Sunday Matinee, Sunday Evening, etc…) and I need to be able to set specific dates and times for each event performance. I bought the PRO specifically for the recurrence option…why is that not available? Or am I just not seeing how to do it?

MemberHi
Sorry for confusion on your recurring events feature. Currently we do not support recurring events the way you describe it. We have custom recurrences, but still on a set pattern such as every other week or first Tuesday of the month.
These two resources show you exactly how our recurring system works better then I can describe here.

We are working on adding a more robust custom recurring events, but I do not have a timeline on its release so that is the only options we offer now.
If you feel that this is an essential feature that you must have then feel free to email us at pro(at)tri.be with your receipt number to request a refund.
Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
Thanks

ParticipantIs there anyway to have multiple times for the same event?

MemberHello trainingcor,
Unfortunately, that is not a feature we have in the Events Calendar.
If you would like to request that feature please head to our UserVoice Page and add your own or upvote that feature as they will increase the chances of it being added to a future version.

Let me know if you have any follow up questions. Also, you will find we can provide better support for you if you ask your question in your own topic. It make it easier for us to support one on one and we do not ping the creator of the topic each time we post either. But we will always try to respond once we see your post in another topic.
Thanks Again.
