Renewing and upgrading licence

Hi, I’m trying to renew my licence. I have a single user Personal licence and want to upgrade to a 3 user Business licence. I click on the upgrade to Business licence and the cart says I’m purchasing just the renewal of my Personal licence.
Can you help?

I’m sorry to hear that.

While logged in, can you try visiting the cart page first of all and remove anything that might already be in there. Then, return to the license key page and click on the Upgrade to Business link.

You should find a new item has been added to the cart – Events Calendar Pro – Upgrade for a cost of $60.00 and you can proceed with purchasing this.
