Renewed the wrong license

    I renewed the wrong license. I meant to renew event planner pro not eventbrite. How should I proceed? Can I transfer the payment?

    lol. Sorry! I meant Events Tickets Plus. I need to renew that license NOT the Eventbrite one.

    Please complete that refund form for the Eventbrite Tickets purchase.

    Separately, please visit your Licenses and click the Renew button next to Event Tickets Plus.
