    We have updated our Events Calendar Pro license but WP doesn’t seem to recognize that we have renewed. When on the plug-in page in WP, it prompts me to renew our license, which we did August 18, 2017. Our events are no longer showing up on our web site. How do I fix this?

    Thanks for reaching out–happy to assist with this! On reviewing your account and licensing with us, it does appear that your renewal order on August 18th was processed and applied successfully. If you’re seeing a reminder to renew on your WordPress site, you may wish to check your plugin settings and confirm that your license key has been entered correctly!     Regarding your events no longer displaying on your site, this behavior is triggered not by an expired license but by a bug affecting older versions of The Events Calendar. Critical security updates pushed to WordPress 4.8.2 and several previous versions on Tuesday introduced a significant issue with The Events Calendar. This bug resulted in some users seeing an empty calendar when attempting to view events in the default Month View. We shipped an urgent hotfix within hours of WordPress 4.8.2 to address this issue, and a subsequent maintenance release on the 21st includes several more important updates and bug fixes for our plugins. Would you please take a moment to update your install of The Events Calendar to the latest version? Let us know if this helps to resolve your issue! ?
