Renewed license key is "out of installs"

    We just renewed the license key yesterday (expires April 7, 2016), but when I go to the plug-in settings to input the license key, it says “Sorry, this key is out of installs. Why am I seeing this message?” I haven’t been able to find any documentation on this error. I am trying to update the plug-in and should be able to do so with the renewed license. Any help is appreciated!

    Hi Amanda,

    Thanks for renewing your license! I’m sorry you’ve run into trouble after doing so – I’m curious though, if you head to https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/, which will show the license keys and activations for your account, what do you find?

    Take a screenshot of your “Active Installs” list – is it full? Are any of the listings there bogus, or from sites that you no longer have the calendar active on? Let us know.

    For example, I only have my license active on one site, so this is how my active installs looks (I blocked out the license key itself) → https://cloudup.com/cS6k3Chc2K1

    Yes, the license key page looks similar to the one you posted – only one license key (blacked out in the image below) for one site.

    Hey Amanda,

    Since the Personal License only allows for activation on one website, I’m curious – if you “Disconnect” that one license from the page you took a screenshot of in your post above, and then try going through your activation steps again, do things work any better?

    And just to be clear, you’re only trying to activate the license on the same, single domain, right?
