Renewed license but says 'sorry this key is out of installs'

Hi there

I’ve just renewed the events calendar pro plugin and its not accepting my license key. I get ‘sorry this key is out of installs’ in red underneath.

I too just renewed the events calendar pro plugin and its not accepting my license key either. I get the “sorry this key is out of installs” message.

Can you advise or assist? The plugin is pretty buggy – my client waited until last week to get in touch!

Hi everyone, sorry to hear that you have both hit problems here.

Can you try visiting the license key management page here on tri.be, clear your existing keys then try re-establishing them from within the licenses tab on your own site?

@Richelle: if that doesn’t work for you I would ask that you create a new thread of your own just to avoid confusion.
