    Hi there,

    I received a notification that my license was going to expire, so I renewed. I then received another email stating that my license expired 23 hours ago. When I logged into my account to renew the license, I realized I had two licenses for the same plugin. Does your system create a new license every time a customer renews?

    Not sure why I have two licenses listed.

    Does your system create a new license every time a customer renews?

    The answer is no, the system does not create a new license at each renewal. It simply extends the existing license.

    However, I have seen customers repurchase the plugin a second time by accident.
    This can happen by:

    1. During renewal
    2. As part of the original purchase.

    I also took a look at your account and it seems like that second license is gone now. So I believe everything should be in order.
