    Hi. All WooCommere Tickets purchases/renewals get Event Tickets Plus automatically. However, it may take up to 24 hours for it to show up in your account’s Downloads area.

    Please let me know if you need any additional assistance.

    I’m sure you’ll really enjoy Event Tickets Plus once you switch over.
