Renewal/Upgrade confusion

    We currently have a business license that is up for renewal. I see an opportunity to upgrade to Agency for $150, whereas the normal renewal is $104. My instinct is to plan for the future and upgrade, but right as I was ready to make the purchase, it dawned on me that maybe the upgrade is only for this current term and I would immediately have to renew again after the upgrade.

    Any chance you could clarify for us and others? Maybe I am just over-thinking it, but want to be sure.

    Howdy spireworks,

    Sorry for the confusion. You are not overthinking it at all. Upgrading a license extends it for an entire year. So if you are going to upgrade, might as well do it before the renewal and get all the benefits of a renewal!
