Renewal vs. New License Key

Hello,

I have two websites that are both running Events Calendar PRO. Not too long ago I updated one of them to version 3, but when I tried to update the other I was told (naturally) that my license key was out of updates. However, instead of purchasing a different license key for the second website, I mistakenly purchased a renewal on the first one, which I did not really need. Is there a way I could trade my renewal in for a second license key? Or are all sales final?

Hi andras,

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to transfer a purchase like that. Do the two sites have two different license keys? You might want to consider keeping the renewal but upgrading the license to Business level so you can use it on two (or three) different sites at once. And since you renewed it, the Business license will be good for a long time 🙂
