    I am trying to renew my event calendar subscription with you , however regardless that my account is correctly listed in the United Kingdom . Your automatic system show my country as USA . I rectify this manually but the renew for will not allow me to do so. I even just thought ok a renewal is a renewal and went ahead with payment detail. Again your system picked up its own error and will not allow me to complete ( asking which state in the USA) .
    Help please as I wish to renew my subscription thanks

    Hi Jaime,
    I managed to rectify the address anomaly, however I accidentally subscribed to product I do not want.
    Your system charged me for two of the same product Events Aggregator-100 Imports per day .
    1x Filter Bar – Personal
    1x Events Calendar Pro-personal
    This was a system error therefore please cancel everything and I just wish to renew 1x Events calendar-100 imports per day . Product
