Firstly, i think it is ridiculous to try and contact billing department this way – should be a direct contact, not in a public forum.
So my question is, WHY has renewal gone up from $62 to $79? That is almost a 30% increase in one year. Will be time to move on at these rates.
Yes, the discount we were previously providing for renewals was changed.
