Renewal for expired license

I am a developer working with a client who has been using the Community Events plugin on her website for some time. Her license has expired and she does not have access to the original purchase details (as they were through another developer who did not pass them on to her). She is keen to continue using the plugin – is there a renewal discount available for previous clients?
