    hello,

    we purchased pro and community events (2013) and renewed them both (2014) and we are up for renewal again.

    we are a non-profit with 501(c)(3) tax status in the U.S.

    are we still eligible to apply for your incredibly generous non-profit perks and get the upgrades at no cost or is it only for new customers? or would we need a new account? with the price increases for renewal, i’m hoping to alleviate the cost and squeeze our budget as much as possible.

    You can apply to the non profit if you qualify at any time. We do not restrict it to new customers.
