Renew with a discount

I also received your email advertising a 20% discount to renew before Nov 18.
I click the link but it takes me to a checkout page with no discount. I’ve tried renewing from my account and still no discounts or coupon codes provided.

I’m so sorry about that! We’re having a bit of trouble with those coupons and currently working to figure out what went wrong. In the meantime you can get the same discount using the coupon code renew20-86345. Please note that this coupon code will only work with your current billing email on the account you posted from.
