    I did not receive an email reminding me my licence was about to expire and I only found out when I tried to download the latest version. There appears to be no option on your website for renewal of a licence. WTF. Send me a link I can use to renew my licence. Not a happy customer.

    Hi @palomaraudubon,

    Oh geez, my apologies for the mixup here! We definitely try to send a reminder notice for renewals via email but it looks like our wires got crossed in this case. I’m really sorry about that.

    You can renew the license right here on this site by logging and heading to My Account > Licenses. I’ll send you a coupon in a separate reply to make it easier. 🙂

    I renew my licence 4 days ago, Order: 1004454 and when I go to my License Keys, it shows “No Licenses Found”.

    I do see your order and have generated a new license key for you. Please go ahead and check the Licenses screen in your account here and you should see that in there. If it’s not there, please do let me know and I’ll continue work on it.
